We meet once a week for an hour over Zoom. 
  •  We figure out exactly where you’re stuck. 
  •  We decide together what your next move is. 
  •  We work through whatever’s keeping you from taking action. 

 I use a combination of coaching and integrative hypnosis (don’t worry, you won’t cluck like a chicken) to help you bypass the doubts, fears, and mental loops that keep you playing small.
